A healthy diet with good nutrition is critical for a student’s success in academics as well as co-curricular activities. We strongly believe that by serving our students a well-nourished diet, we can boost their thinking and creative skills. Considering this, our lunch menu is planned in line with the dietary guidelines and nutrients target set by our dedicated dieticians. We present our kids with options that are tantalizing for their taste buds and loaded with nutrition at the same time. We aim to offer children with their daily dosage of vitamins and minerals required by them to stay physically fit and mentally alert.

Epistemo has students from a diverse background, hence our meal plan includes dishes from various states to the interest of students from all backgrounds and creeds. Epistemo houses a full-fledged modern kitchen where food is hygienically prepared to cater to the nutritional needs of the entire school. Along with wholesome food, we also ensure that safe and purified drinking water is available to all the students to keep them well-hydrated during their school hours.

Lunchtime is utilised as an opportunity to educate children on the importance of dining together as a family while coaching them on dining etiquette to provide them with a tool for social interaction that will serve them for the rest of their lives. We understand the importance of inculcating healthy eating habits in children right from childhood to lay the foundation for a healthier life.
